The IBM Partner Portal brings simplicity and speed to opportunity management

If you are an IBM Business Partner, and normally register your deals via MySA, then read on!

On 1 March, IBM launches the new IBM Partner Portal for simplified opportunity registration, deal management and sales collaboration, including supporting features such as chatter, seller search and a chatbot for quick questions and answers.

Here is how you can get a fast start with the IBM Partner Portal:

Bookmark the IBM Partner Portal and start registering your deals in it on 1 March

Register for the enablement session on 22 February, and join either live or on-demand

Bring your questions to the office hours on 1st March and 3rd March, so IBM’s subject matter experts can help you. (If you want the password for these Office Hours dates, please message me)
Also, to make sure you are ready on day one of the new deal registration process, please consider the following actions:

On 25 February and 28 February, MySA will be unavailable in order to facilitate the migration of all active opportunity data to the new platform. Make sure to plan your own back-up in advance. Create and register the deals that should be closed in February in MySA no later than 24 February

Check your access to the IBM Partner Portal. Access is granted to the primary relationship contacts and the opportunity management focals identified in the PartnerWorld Partner Profiles System (PPS). Your authorized profile administrators can update these roles in PPS. Should you need any help, please contact the Partner Support Desk team
